Our policy audit starts with a review of the policies for inconsistencies in the polices and then compares the outcomes of actual events in the field to policy.

We then compare actual events from the field to your existing policy.  We will identify any inconsistencies between the two. 

You will receive a management report that identifies any issues we found with recommended solutions to address them.
